Anthony (Tony) Miologos is a licensed patent agent focusing on the prosecution of patents in high technology hardware and software development for computer and data processing systems, process control and automation systems for refining, chemical, and mining processes, pulp and paper quality control systems and landline and wireless telecommunications systems and carrier networks. Tony is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has 39 years of hands-on experience in the identification and protection of intellectual property assets for major U.S. corporations.
Professional Experience
Before joining Paschall & Associates, LLC, Tony was the Global Patent Manager for the Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) business for 23 years, managing the HPS business patent strategy, patent acquisition activities and management of the preparation and prosecution of both domestic and foreign patent activities by outside counsel. Before joining Honeywell, Tony was a Senior Patent Agent with GTE Communications Systems where he spent 16 years preparing and prosecuting patent applications in both analog and digital telecommunications systems and high-speed carrier systems.
